• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform

Your Content:
• You retain ownership of all data and content you upload
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide Platform services
• You represent that you have rights to all content you upload
Framework References:
• NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC standards, and other frameworks are referenced for informational purposes
• These frameworks are owned by their respective organizations
• Users must obtain official framework documentation from authoritative sources
7. Service Availability and Modifications
Service Availability:
• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data access delays
Platform Modifications:
• We may modify, update, or discontinue Platform features at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice of material changes
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modifications
Support:

8. Account Termination
